The Role

The Marketing & Engagement Executive promotes entrepreneurship across Wales through high-quality content creation, social media activity, partner engagement, event support and data-driven reporting.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, delivery teams and wider ESU colleagues, the role ensures all marketing is current, impactful and aligned with service priorities.

This includes supporting collaborative projects, contributing to Entrepreneurship Engagement across Business Wales and the Big Ideas Wales campaign, and working with partners to inspire young people and aspiring entrepreneurs.

A strong understanding of Wales (particularly young people) and the wider entrepreneurship landscape is essential. Welsh language skills are highly desirable.
