Your role

Are you ready to take the next step in your Human Resources career and play a key and influential role within an innovative company? As People and Places Manager you will lead our team on strategic and operational actions to do with our people and workplaces across the business. You will support our talented people to perform at their best, assist us in predicting and managing risk, and work on the department's projects that will have a impact throughout the company.

 

Your team and your peers

This is an opportunity to join a team that is focused on carrying out the full range of Human Resources duties and responsibilities. You will be part of the company's Management Team and therefore work with our project managers and a number of other managers and leaders who are responsible for running an inclusive, safe, and effectively managed business.

 

Your impact

This role is a vital link between our strategy and the elements of our day-to-day operations that relate to our people and places. So you will be empowered to:

  • Manage the department’s operations and people in order to provide a professional and effective service to all company staff.
  • Lead our business systems and procedures with the aim of providing an excellent and integrated experience for our people while they are at work.
  • Coordinate our actions related to our places, facilities, and health and safety compliance.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in your work, including strict confidentiality.
