The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Coleg Cambria to recruit enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their growing support team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of learners by providing high-quality, personalised support across a range of courses and learning needs.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant at Coleg Cambria, you will:

• Provide in-class support to students with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND, SEMH, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties,
• Support learners to access the curriculum and achieve their individual learning goals,
• Work closely with lecturers to adapt learning resources and support classroom activities,
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support sessions where required,
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
• Monitor learner progress and contribute to support plans and review processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting young people or adults in an educational, care, support, or community setting,
• A patient, empathetic, and learner-focused approach,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• The ability to adapt to different learning needs, environments, and curriculum areas,
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Support qualification is desirable but not essential,
• A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
