Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) act as a key liaison point between local communities and policing. As a PCSO, not only will you be a trusted presence in your community, but you will also play a vital role in delivering our Neighbourhood Policing Strategy by strengthening community relationships, helping defuse tensions, gathering valuable insights, and fostering trust. Whether its offering reassurance, helping prevent anti-social behaviour, or being a calm presence in times of tension, your presence will make a real difference in enhancing safety, building public confidence, and preventing crime.
