The Employer Support Lead will play a key role in delivering Social Care Wales’s Employer Support strategy by leading workstreams and initiatives that respond to sector needs. The postholder will design and implement engagement approaches, build strong relationships with employers and partners, and champion collaboration across the organisation.
The role involves developing resources and guidance to support workforce development and improvement, using data and intelligence to inform decision-making, and promoting high standards and continuous improvement.

Experience of working in a social care context. Experience of building new customer-facing processes and services from scratch. Experience of implementing customer service processes. Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. Experience with digital platforms and/or CRM systems. |
