We are Qualifications Wales, the independent organisation responsible for regulating general and vocational qualifications in Wales.
Our strategic priorities over the next five years are:

We are now looking for a bilingual Content & Publishing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. Requests for alternative working patterns, including part-time and job share, may be discussed at the interview.

This is an exciting opportunity for an English and Welsh speaking communications professional to play a vital role in shaping how our organisation communicates.
The Role
As our Content & Publishing Manager, you will oversee the editorial style, tone of voice and quality of all our external and internal communications channels.
Specifically, you will lead on content strategy, editorial planning and brand guardianship while ensuring everything we publish reflects our values.
You will ensure publications are clear, accessible and consistent, taking ownership of core projects, and championing bilingual communication, ensuring Welsh language requirements are fully integrated across all platforms.
Additionally, you will:
- Write, sub-edit and produce content for a wide range of platforms
- Act as custodian of our corporate brand
- Provide strategic advice on communications and content
About You
To be considered as our Content & Publishing Manager, you will need:
- Fluent Welsh and English communication skills
- Experience of delivering communications within a corporate communications or publishing function, including developing and delivering campaigns
- Experience of advising senior leaders on communications matters
- Experience of translating complex information into accessible, engaging narratives for non-specialists
- Demonstrable evidence of producing bilingual Cymraeg/English content for a range of audiences
- Proven ability to create dynamic content using online tools such as Canva
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Publishing, Media, Communications, Cymraeg, or Marketing
