About Us

Eryri National Park Authority (ENPA) protects the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.

We are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join us on a part-time basis for a one year contract, working 30 hours per week.

The Role

As our Administration Assistant, you will deliver vital technical and administrative support to our Property Service and Central Administrative Service teams.

Specifically, on a day-to-day basis, you will focus on the administrative aspects of the property service, acting as the public face of the team, managing car park income and co-ordinating facilities maintenance.

Assisting and enabling the Central Administrative Service, you will work as part of a frontline team, handling inbound enquiries via phone and email and providing a reception service.

About You

To be considered as an Administration Assistant, you will need:

- The ability to communicate in Welsh and English
- Experience of administrative and technical work in a busy office environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, with competence in Microsoft Outlook and Office software
- At a minimum, an NVQ Level 3 in business administration (or equivalent)
