Passionate about research and media? Fluent Welsh speaker?
If yes, then our Welsh Speaking Recruitment & Engagement role could be just what you’re looking for.

At TRP Research we create and run research projects designed to measure people’s media usage, attitudes and behaviours. Media usage covers TV, streaming and radio, as well as social media. The data collected is used by us to help our clients, including broadcasters and TV show creators, make evidence based strategic and tactical decisions about the media they present to viewers.

We run several consumer panels including trpsurveys.com, surveypraeg.com, panelcyfryngau.cymru, and mediaopinionsireland.ie.

As a Recruitment & Engagement Research Assistant, you’ll be working alongside a small team of colleagues to recruit and retain demographically representative panels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the team to implement recruitment strategies – e.g. working with online influencers, advertising, and building relationships with charities and groups
  • Designing creative media to use for recruitment, engagement and communication with our panel members
  • Analysing response data to generate ideas and run campaigns to engage existing panel members and recruit new panel members
  • Panellist-facing communications, including replying to survey inbox queries and social media instant and direct messaging, in both English and Welsh
