Learn Welsh Gwent is seeking to appoint a Curriculum, Quality and Digital Resources Officer who will develop curriculum resources at all levels, both digital and face to face.

The post holder will work with Learn Welsh Gwent staff, staff from other providers and staff from the National Centre for Learning Welsh to ensure that the curriculum, whether digital or face to face, is appropriate to the needs of our learners. This is a new role that will drive the curriculum and resources forward for the future. In addition the successful candidate will work with staff to ensure that the teaching offered is of the highest standard.

Learn Welsh Gwent, based at Coleg Gwent on the Crosskeys campus, is responsible for all Welsh for Adults provision in the Gwent area. There is a very wide range of learning opportunities from Entry level to Proficiency level including courses in the community, Workplace and family (Welsh in the Home).

The successful candidate will be expected to have wide experience with Welsh for Adults including successful creation of resources, quality assurance as well as experience of teaching Welsh at all levels. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to communicate well, prioritise work, work independently and work well as part of a team.

This is a full time position and is based at Learn Welsh Gwent in Crosskeys.
